This Shipping Policy outlines Dream Path Studio’s current fulfillment practices and delivery timelines. Shipping details may vary based on location, carrier availability, and product type.

Shipping Policy

Dream Path Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates primarily as a digital product business. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle the delivery of both digital and physical products purchased through our website www.dreampathstudio.ca.

  1. Digital Products
    Most of our products, including templates, brushes, and other digital design tools, are delivered electronically. After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a download link or access instructions. Delivery of digital products is typically instant, though it may take a few minutes depending on your payment method and internet connection. If you experience issues accessing your files, please contact us at lala@dreampathstudio.ca with your order details.

  2. Physical Products
    From time to time, Dream Path Studio may offer physical products such as printed canvases, merchandise, or other creative goods. These items are produced and shipped through trusted third-party print or fulfillment partners.

  3. Processing Time for Physical Orders
    Once your order is placed, it will typically be processed within 3–7 business days. Processing time includes order verification, printing, quality checks, and packaging. During high-demand periods or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

  4. Shipping and Delivery
    After processing, shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Standard delivery times are estimated as follows:

  • Canada and the United States: 5–15 business days

  • International: 10–25 business days

Please note that these are estimates only. Delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  1. Shipping Costs
    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size or weight of your order. Any applicable taxes or duties are the responsibility of the customer. We do not control these fees and cannot predict their amounts.

  2. Tracking Information
    When your order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking information (if available). Some international orders may not include full tracking depending on carrier availability.

  3. Lost or Delayed Shipments
    Dream Path Studio is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses, or customs issues. If your package appears lost, contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number. We will do our best to assist you, but we cannot issue refunds for items delayed or lost in transit once they have been shipped.

  4. Damaged or Defective Items
    If your physical item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number. We will work with you and our fulfillment partner to replace the item or offer a solution.

  5. Order Changes, Exchanges and Cancellations
    For physical products, order changes may be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, changes are no longer permitted. Cancellations for physical products are only allowed if the order has not yet shipped. Once a physical item has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
    Exchanges for physical products may be approved if the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Exchange requests must be submitted within the timeframe outlined in our Refund Policy.
    For digital products, changes or exchanges may be requested within 24 hours of purchase, provided the files have not been downloaded or accessed. If a price discrepancy applies, store credit may be issued at our discretion. Due to the instant nature of digital delivery, cancellations for digital products are only permitted within 30 minutes of purchase.

  6. Returns and Refunds
    Digital products are non-refundable due to their immediate delivery. If you experience technical issues accessing your files, please contact us at lala@dreampathstudio.ca so we can assist.
    Physical products may be eligible for a refund or replacement if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. After this period, refund requests will no longer be accepted.
