Dream Path Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to providing high-quality digital and physical products. This Refund Policy explains when refunds, replacements, or store credit may be offered for purchases made through our website [insert your domain].

Digital Products
All digital products, including but not limited to templates, brushes, and downloadable design resources, are delivered electronically and made available immediately after purchase. Due to the instant nature of digital delivery, digital products are non-refundable.
Requests for changes or exchanges for digital products may be considered within 24 hours of purchase, provided the files have not been fully downloaded, accessed, or used. Approval of any change or exchange is granted at the sole discretion of Dream Path Studio and may result in a replacement product or store credit rather than a refund. -
Physical Products
Physical products, such as printed canvas or merchandise, may be eligible for a refund or replacement if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery and must include the order number and clear photos of the issue. Refunds or replacements will not be issued for physical products due to change of mind, incorrect selections made by the customer, normal wear and tear, or shipping delays outside of our control. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method, or a replacement may be issued at our discretion. -
Order Cancellations
Orders for physical products may only be cancelled if production or fulfillment has not yet begun. Once an order has entered production or has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Digital product cancellations are only permitted within 30 minutes of purchase, provided the files have not been downloaded or accessed. -
Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution. -
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns: digital downloads, gift cards, and sale or clearance items. -
